Mel Hagn is a Montreal based coach for HIIT and strength training classes with a passion for running fast and lifting heavy.
Mel started her own personal fitness journey in the world of martial arts (she is a 2nd degree black belt), took a detour via yoga and discovered strength training after the birth of her first daughter.
It became her passion and she decided to turn her back to the corporate world in order to pursue her trainer certification and empower mothers like her to find their physical and mental strength and lead a happy healthy life.
Mel’s approach is based on making the most of your time at the gym: train smart, push yourself, and never forget to laugh.
