VANILLA PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE
Makes 1 loaf
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ cup Flour
- 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
- ¼ tsp Ginger, ground
- 1 cup Mashed Banana, about 2-3
- 1 medium Apple, chopped
- ¾ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Flax Egg
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 350F, spray loaf pan with oil
- Mix sugar, oil, and flax egg well
- Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with wet ingredients, add in vanilla
- In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients
- Add the dry to the wet and fold to combine
- Fold in the apple pieces and transfer to the oiled loaf pan
- Bake for 30 mins at 350F then lower the temp to 325F and bake for 25-30 more mins or until a toothpick comes out clean and the loaf is golden
- Allow to cool on a baking rack and enjoy!
