VANILLA PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE

Makes 1 loaf

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 ½ cup Flour
  • 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • ¼ tsp Ginger, ground
  • 1 cup Mashed Banana, about 2-3
  • 1 medium Apple, chopped
  • ¾ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Flax Egg
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted

STEPS:

  • Preheat oven to 350F, spray loaf pan with oil
  • Mix sugar, oil, and flax egg well
  • Mash bananas in a bowl and mix with wet ingredients, add in vanilla
  • In a separate bowl whisk together dry ingredients
  • Add the dry to the wet and fold to combine
  • Fold in the apple pieces and transfer to the oiled loaf pan
  • Bake for 30 mins at 350F then lower the temp to 325F and bake for 25-30 more mins or until a toothpick comes out clean and the loaf is golden
  • Allow to cool on a baking rack and enjoy!
