3 Ripe Bananas, Mashed
3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Wheat Flour
1/2 cup Canola Oil
1/2 cup PROFI Pro Original (Protein Booster)
1 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
3/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Allspice
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, combine wheat flour, PROFI Pro Original (Protein Booster), baking powder, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, cinnamon & allspice.
In a separate mixing bowl combine bananas, canola oil, eggs, vanilla extract and sugar.
Combine the wet & dry ingredients, mixing well.
Pour batter into paper liners, filling 2/3 full.
Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
