CARAMEL COFFEE PROTEIN POWDER | NO BAKE | PROTEIN BARS
Makes 36 Mini-Bars
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Almond Butter
- 1/2 cup Almonds, whole & raw
- 3 scoops PROFI Caramel Coffee
- 2 cups Medjool Dates, pitted
- 8×8 inch square pan
- Food Processor
- In the food processor, purée the dates until it forms a ball.
- Add the almonds and 1/2 cup of almond butter. Blend until combined.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and blend well.
- Transfer the mixture into the square pan. Level out the mixture with the spatula and press it into the pan.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- After it has been cooled, cut it into the desired shape (36 mini-bars).
- Taste and Enjoy!
It can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
