CARAMEL COFFEE PROTEIN POWDER | NO BAKE | PROTEIN BARS

Makes 36 Mini-Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/2 cup Almonds, whole & raw
  • 3 scoops PROFI Caramel Coffee
  • 2 cups Medjool Dates, pitted
Equipment:
  • 8×8 inch square pan
  • Food Processor
  • Spatula
Directions:
  1. In the food processor, purée the dates until it forms a ball.
  2. Add the almonds and 1/2 cup of almond butter. Blend until combined.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend well.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the square pan. Level out the mixture with the spatula and press it into the pan.
  5. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. After it has been cooled, cut it into the desired shape (36 mini-bars).
  7. Taste and Enjoy!

It can last up to 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight container.
