1 Head of Cauliflower
1/4 Cup Sour Cream/Greek Yogurt*
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheese*
To taste, Salt & Pepper
1. Chop up cauliflower into small florets.
2. Add florets into a large pot of water & boil for 5 minutes.
3. Drain the cauliflower & reduce to low heat.
4. Add salt, pepper & sour cream. Stir until combined.
5. Stir in cheese until completely melted.
6. Remove from heat & serve!
* Can be substituted for vegan options!
