BOOSTER PROTEIN POWDER | ON THE GO | HEALTHY

Makes one jar 

INGREDIENTS:
  • ¼ cup Chickpeas, canned or cooked
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • ¼ cup Quinoa, cooked
  • ¼ cup Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Cherry Tomato, halved
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, finely diced
  • 1 tbsp Red Onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Black Olives, halved

DRESSING:

  • ½ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp ACV
  • 1 tbsp Agave

STEPS:

  • Cook quinoa and chickpeas as per direction on the box
  • Prep veg
  • Blend together the ingredients for the dressing
  • Serve with 1 tbsp of dressing
  • Layer in your jar (we used 750mL)
  • Pro tip! Put your dressing in first, and your greens in last – this way your greens won’t wilt, and when you dump the salad into a bowl the salad will be in the correct order
