BOOSTER PROTEIN POWDER | ON THE GO | HEALTHY
Makes one jar
INGREDIENTS:

- ¼ cup Chickpeas, canned or cooked
- 1 cup Arugula
- ¼ cup Quinoa, cooked
- ¼ cup Cucumber
- ¼ cup Cherry Tomato, halved
- 1 tbsp Parsley, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Red Onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp Black Olives, halved
DRESSING:
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
- 4 Garlic Cloves
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp ACV
- 1 tbsp Agave
STEPS:
- Cook quinoa and chickpeas as per direction on the box
- Prep veg
- Blend together the ingredients for the dressing
- Serve with 1 tbsp of dressing
- Layer in your jar (we used 750mL)
- Pro tip! Put your dressing in first, and your greens in last – this way your greens won’t wilt, and when you dump the salad into a bowl the salad will be in the correct order
