UNSWEETENED PROTEIN BOOSTER POWDER | SOUP | MEAL
Makes 4 Servings
- 4 tsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves
- 3 Shallots, diced
- 4 Green Onions, roughly chopped
- 6 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Green Peas
- 2 cups Vegetable Stock
- 2 Leaves of Black Kale, chopped
- 1 scoop PROFI Protein Booster ( Unsweetened)
- A Dash of Cumin
- In a medium saucepan, cook the shallots, garlic in the olive oil until fragrant.
- Add in the kale and cook until soft.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
- Serve with crispy chickpeas, brown rice or farro, sprouts, mint, vegan parmesan, black pepper, olive oil, and crusty bread!
