UNSWEETENED PROTEIN BOOSTER POWDER | SOUP | MEAL

Makes 4 Servings

 Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 3 Shallots, diced
  • 4 Green Onions, roughly chopped
  • 6 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Green Peas
  • 2 cups Vegetable Stock
  • 2 Leaves of Black Kale, chopped
  • 1 scoop PROFI Protein Booster ( Unsweetened)
  • A Dash of Cumin
Directions:
  1. In a medium saucepan, cook the shallots, garlic in the olive oil until fragrant.
  2. Add in the kale and cook until soft.
  3. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  4. Store in the refrigerator and serve chilled.
  5. Serve with crispy chickpeas, brown rice or farro, sprouts, mint, vegan parmesan, black pepper, olive oil, and crusty bread!
