CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER | ON THE GO | REFINED SUGAR-FREE

Makes 8 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups Soaked Dates, pitted
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • ½ cup Coconut Shreds
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 3 scoops Chocolate PROFI Protein
  • ¼ cup Pumpkin Seeds, ground
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tbsp Cacao Nibs
  • 4 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Hemp Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Dried Berries
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
  • Black Pepper

STEPS:

  • Blend oats and pumpkin seeds into a flour
  • Blend together dates, oats, pumpkin, salt, PROFI powder, coconut oil, vanilla, turmeric, black pepper until a dough forms – if the dough is having trouble combining, you can add non-dairy milk (1 tbsp at a time, but don’t exceed ¼ cup) until it comes together
  • In a bowl fold in other ingredients until well combined
  • Line a tray with parchment paper and press bars about ½ inch thick
  • Set in fridge overnight and cut into 8 bars
  • Top with a drizzle of chocolate or dunk the whole thing!
