Simple Ingredients | Kid-Friendly
Makes 12 Popsicles
Ingredients:
Popsicle:
- 2 Ripe Bananas, peeled
- 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk, unsweetened
- 1/2 scoop PROFI Chocolate
- 1/2 scoop PROFI Vanilla
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
Toppings (Optional):
- 1/2 cup Vegan Dark Chocolate, melted with 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Roasted Almond, chopped or sliced
Directions:
- In a blender, put all ingredients into a blender. Blend until well combined and smooth.
- Pour into popsicle mold and freeze for 3 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Remove from mold.
- If desired, drizzle on melted chocolate and sprinkle roasted almonds on top.
- ENJOY!!
Tips:
- If the popsicles are stuck in the mold, quickly rinse the outside of the mold until tap water for faster and easier release.
- When applying the toppings, do one popsicle at a time. The almonds would not stick if the chocolate has been hardened, so sprinkle right after the chocolate has been dipped or drizzled.
