These coconut pumpkin balls are a light & healthy snack you can feel good about eating as often as you’d like!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Cup Pure pumpkin
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut flour
  • 1 Scoop Profi – Pick your favourite flavour
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 Tbsp Dairy free milk or water, as needed

Directions:

  1. Use a tablespoon to portion & roll into balls.
  2. Store in the fridge.
  3. Enjoy!
