These coconut pumpkin balls are a light & healthy snack you can feel good about eating as often as you’d like!
- 1/2 Cup Pure pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp Coconut flour
- 1 Scoop Profi – Pick your favourite flavour
- 2 Tbsp Powdered peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp Shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 Tbsp Pumpkin pie spice
- 1 Tbsp Dairy free milk or water, as needed
- Use a tablespoon to portion & roll into balls.
- Store in the fridge.
