VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER | OVERNIGHT RECIPE | NO BAKE

Makes 12 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup Tahini or other nut butter
  • 2 scoops Vanilla PROFI Protein
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp Monk Fruit, Maple Syrup or Sugar-Free Sweetener
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate chips
  • Maldon sea salt and choc chips for topping

STEPS:

  • In a large bowl fold together all ingredients, other than the chocolate chips, well with a spatula
  • Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed
  • Line a brownie pan with parchment paper
  • Pour the fudge into a lined brownie pan & spread evenly
  • Top with salt and choc chips
  • Freeze overnight
  • Allow thawing for five minutes cut into squares & serve cold
  • Will store in fridge after the cut
