VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER | OVERNIGHT RECIPE | NO BAKE
Makes 12 Servings
INGREDIENTS:

- 1 cup Tahini or other nut butter
- 2 scoops Vanilla PROFI Protein
- ¼ cup Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 tbsp Monk Fruit, Maple Syrup or Sugar-Free Sweetener
- ½ tbsp Vanilla Extract
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ cup Sugar-Free Chocolate chips
- Maldon sea salt and choc chips for topping
STEPS:
- In a large bowl fold together all ingredients, other than the chocolate chips, well with a spatula
- Fold in chocolate chips until evenly distributed
- Line a brownie pan with parchment paper
- Pour the fudge into a lined brownie pan & spread evenly
- Top with salt and choc chips
- Freeze overnight
- Allow thawing for five minutes cut into squares & serve cold
- Will store in fridge after the cut
