COOKIES & CREAM | PROTEIN BAR
Makes 12 Squares
- 1 cup Coconut Flour (or Almond Flour)
- 1/2 cup Coconut Butter
- 1 1/2 scoop PROFI Cookies & Cream
- 1/4 cup Plant-based Milk
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
- A pinch of Salt
- Line a small baking sheet or pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the flour and PROFI Cookies & Cream.
- In another bowl, combine all other ingredients and then slowly mix in the flour & protein mix.
- Spread the mixture evenly across the pan and refrigerate for 2 hours until hardened.
- Remove from the pan and cut into squares.
