Ingredients:

1 – 1.5 Cups almond milk
1 Banana
2-3 Dates
1 Scoop Profi Vanilla or Protein Booster
1 -2 Tsp cinnamon
1 Tsp adaptogen (Shatavari, Ashwaganda or Maca)
1/4 Tsp turmeric (optional)

Directions:
  1. Add everything to a blender, and blend on high!
