PROTEIN BOOSTER PROTEIN POWDER
Chocolate: Flax Seeds and Dates are great sources of Fiber and help with Gut Health
(16 balls @35g or ~1 tbsp)
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Banana, mashed
- ½ c Medjool Dates
- 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 cup Flax Seeds
- 2 scoop PROFI Protein Booster
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Chocolate Chips
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Oat Milk
- Chocolate Drizzle
DIRECTIONS
- Grind seeds into a powder in a high speed blender
- Blend this powder with dates, mashed banana, spices, PROFI Protein Booster and oil until a sort of dough forms
- If the dough won’t blend well you can add in non-dairy milk 1 tbsp at a time until it gets going
- Fold in chocolate chips by hand
- Set covered in the fridge for at least an hour
- Roll into balls at 35g or 1tbsp of dough, this is easiest if you warm the dough up between your hands or let it come to room temperature before rolling
- Drizzle with Chocolate and enjoy!
