COOKIES AND CREAM PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE
Makes 16 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Butter
- 2 ½ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 scoop PROFI Cookies and Cream Protein Powder
- 1 ½ cups Cocoa Powder
- 4 Flax Eggs
- ¾ tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ cup Chocolate, melted
- ⅔ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 16 Oreos, chopped
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 350F, line a 9”x9” pan with parchment paper
- Combine butter and sugar in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds and whisk well, repeat 2 more times until you get a glossy mixture with the sugar combined
- Add in flax eggs, melted chocolate, and vanilla – whisk to combine
- Sift in cocoa powder and salt, fold to combine
- Sift in flour and protein powder, fold to combine
- Finally, fold in chopped Oreos
- Add the batter to the lined pan and top with more Oreos
- Bake for 55-60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Allow to cool fully and enjoy!
