COOKIES AND CREAM PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE

Makes 16 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Butter
  • 2 ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 scoop PROFI Cookies and Cream Protein Powder
  • 1 ½ cups Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Flax Eggs
  • ¾ tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Chocolate, melted
  • ⅔ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 16 Oreos, chopped

STEPS: 

  • Preheat oven to 350F, line a 9”x9” pan with parchment paper
  • Combine butter and sugar in a bowl, microwave for 30 seconds and whisk well, repeat 2 more times until you get a glossy mixture with the sugar combined
  • Add in flax eggs, melted chocolate, and vanilla – whisk to combine
  • Sift in cocoa powder and salt, fold to combine
  • Sift in flour and protein powder, fold to combine
  • Finally, fold in chopped Oreos
  • Add the batter to the lined pan and top with more Oreos
  • Bake for 55-60 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean
  • Allow to cool fully and enjoy!
