2 Cups Water
3 Medium Bananas (Fresh or Frozen)
1 Orange, Peeled & Chopped
1/2 Apple, Chopped
1/2 Grapefruit, Peeled & Chopped
2 Tsps Chia Seeds
2 Large handfuls of Spinach
1 Large handful of Kale (or you could just add extra spinach!)
1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster

1. Combine all ingredients except the spinach/kale.
2. Blend on high speed until smooth.
3. Add in the spinach/kale & blend again.
