PROFI PROTEIN BOOSTER POWDER | Probiotic Power Bowl

Make 2 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Brown Rice
  • 1/4 cup Vegan Kimchi
  • 4 Lentil Tempeh Steaks (marinated)
  • ½ cup Broccolini, charred
  • ¼ cup Red Cabbage, chopped
  • Cucumber, mandolin
  • Green onion, hot peppers, sesame seeds to top

DRESSING:

  • 1 inch Fresh Ginger
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • ½ cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Tahini or seed butter
  • 2 scoops PROFI Protein Booster
  • Dash Cumin
  • Dash Salt
  • Water to blend

DIRECTIONS:

  • Char broccolini in a pan on high heat until the edges are just burnt, quickly remove from the pan
  • Marinate and fry steaks tempeh steaks (to make a marinade you can use ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tbsp maple syrup, a dash of smoked paprika, a dash of cumin, and enough water to cover all the tempeh steaks for a few hours or overnight)
  • In a blender, blend the dressing until creamy and there are no chunks of ginger or garlic, adding water as necessary to get the consistency you desire (this will change depending on what Tahini you use)
  • Assemble bowl and top with ¼ cup of the dressing
