I don’t know about you, but I love all things chocolate! Whether it is a chocolate chip cookie, a decadent chocolate protein drink (check out PROFI Pro Chocolate) or a gooey chocolate cupcake; whatever it is.. if there is chocolate in it, I will probably eat it! Of course with being a chocolate lover, comes the unbearable pain of having to choose between eating healthy or indulging in your favourite treat (because lets be honest, you can’t have just one piece!) If you’re like me & suffer with this decision .. I have GREAT news! We no longer need to choose between our health & our chocolate! Don’t know what I’m talking about? Health Ambition keeps it real and tells you that despite the benefits, you have to be careful with the kind of chocolate you’re eating (& how much)! We’ve all been taught that dark chocolate is the ‘best’ & most ‘healthy’ type of chocolate to eat, but it’s important to make sure that you’re aware that it’s still high in calories, saturated fat & sugar which in excess are not good for our bodies!
