INGREDIENTS:
- ¾ cup Mung Beans (yellow split peas), soaked overnight
- 1 ¼ tsp Black Salt
- 1 Scoop PROFI Booster Protein
- ½ tsp Onion Powder
- ¾ tsp Turmeric
- 1 ⅓ cup Canned Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- Thinly sliced red onions
- Cherry Tomatoes
- Fresh Herbs
- Vegan Cheese (soft)
STEPS:
- Blend all ingredients mung beans through to baking powder in a high-speed blender
- Preheat oven to 375F
- Pour egg mixture into an oiled oven-safe skillet, and add on top of the veggies
- Once hot, transfer to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes
- Serve with herbs and parmesan cheese
