- 8-10 Apples, local
- 3 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla Powder
- ¼ cup White Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- Dash Salt
STEPS:
- Simmer chopped apples with all other ingredients for 20 minutes
- With a potato masher, mash together apple mixture
- Allow to cool
