CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER | BAKED GOOD

Makes 6 Servings

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 2 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
  • 2 tsp PROFI Chocolate
LAVA CAKE INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • ½ cup Ground Almonds
  • ½ cup Ground Oats
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 1 scoop PROFI Chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Mix all of the filling ingredients together in a small bowl. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until hardened.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
  3. In a bowl, mix all wet cake ingredients together until well combined.
  4. Sift in the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine.
  5. Fill the muffin tins halfway with the mixture. Make a small well in the middle of each.
  6. Place a teaspoon of the filling mixture into each well. Cover the filling with more cake batter.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes. Don’t overbake or the filling will not be runny.
