CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER | BAKED GOOD
Makes 6 Servings

FILLING INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 tsp Cocoa Powder
- 2 tsp PROFI Chocolate
LAVA CAKE INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- ½ cup Ground Almonds
- ½ cup Ground Oats
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1 scoop PROFI Chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix all of the filling ingredients together in a small bowl. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes, or until hardened.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix all wet cake ingredients together until well combined.
- Sift in the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine.
- Fill the muffin tins halfway with the mixture. Make a small well in the middle of each.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling mixture into each well. Cover the filling with more cake batter.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Don’t overbake or the filling will not be runny.
