VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER | KID-FRIENDLY | BUFFET STYLE

Makes 4 waffles 

TOPPINGS: waffle on a plate

  • Sprinkles
  • Chocolate chips
  • Whipped Cream
  • Strawberries
  • Bananas
  • Nuts
  • Syrup 
  • Butter
  • Yogurt
  • Apples
  • Peaches
  • Blueberry Compote
  • Etc etc 

WAFFLES:

  • 2 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Dash Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 tsp ACV
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/3cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Dash nutmeg

STEPS:

  • whisk together the wet ingredients and let sit to become “butter-milk”
  • in a separate bowl whisk together all dry ingredients
  • whisk buttermilk into dry ingredients and whisk until just combined
  • grease waffle fryer well and pour ⅓ cup of the waffle mix into the waffle maker
  • fry waffles until no steam is coming from the machine (6-10mins)
  • serve!
