Ingredients:

Base:
2 Cups Old Fashioned Oats
1 Cup Slivered Slmonds
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Bananas
1 1/2 Tsps Vanilla
1 Scoop PROFI Vanilla 

Topping:
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 Cup Slivered Almonds
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
1 Cup Fresh Blueberrie
1/4 Cup Plant-Based Milk
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon

Directions:

Base:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line a 9×9 baking pan with parchment paper, lightly grease with coconut oil.
  3. Add all ingredients into a food processor & mix until completely combined & wet. This may take several minutes.
  4. Pour into prepared pan & smooth out until evenly spread.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes.

Topping:

  1. Combine ingredients in a medium bowl & stir to combine.
  2. After removing the base from the oven, spread topping evenly over & lightly press down.
  3. Bake an additional 15 minutes.

Storing conditions: store in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 1 week!
