Holiday Edition 2019| Vegan Eggnog
- 3 cups Oat Milk
- 1 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/2 cup Soaked Cashews, raw and soaked overnight
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1 scoop PROFI Peppermint Chocolate
- Optional: 1 cup Bourbon/Whiskey
- Blend all the ingredients together, except the bourbon/whiskey, until creamy and smooth.
- In a medium sized pot, heat the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring constantly.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for a minute for it to thicken.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool before adding the bourbon.
- Place into a jar or mug to serve.
- Garnish with a candy cane and enjoy!
