Holiday Edition 2019| Vegan Eggnog

  • 3 cups Oat Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/2 cup Soaked Cashews, raw and soaked overnight
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 scoop PROFI Peppermint Chocolate
  • Optional: 1 cup Bourbon/Whiskey
  1. Blend all the ingredients together, except the bourbon/whiskey, until creamy and smooth.
  2. In a medium sized pot, heat the mixture over medium heat until it reaches a simmer, stirring constantly.
  3. Allow the mixture to simmer for a minute for it to thicken.
  4. Remove from heat and allow to cool before adding the bourbon.
  5. Place into a jar or mug to serve.
  6. Garnish with a candy cane and enjoy!
