• 1 Ripe or frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoons Rolled oats
  • 1 scoop Profi Caramel Coffee
  • 1 teaspoon Organic vanilla bean extract
  • 1 teaspoon Cocoa powder (100% cocoa)
  • 1 tablespoon Organic peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds (cashews also work)
  • 2 Dates (pitted, optional)
  • ½ cup Almond milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 1 tablespoon Linseed (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flakes (optional)


  1. Throw it all into a blender & blend away.
  2. Top with some of your favorites- Fresh sliced banana’s, cocoa powder, some oats, honey, make it your own treat & enjoy!
