Ingredients:
1 Can Chickpeas, Drained
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 Tsp Dried Parsley
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Dried Dill
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Pepper

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Dry the chickpeas, you can remove the skin or leave it on. The drier they are, the crunchier they will be!
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients & toss until the chickpeas are completely coated.
4. Spread the chickpeas out on a parchment or tinfoil lined baking sheet.
5. Roast for 35-40 minutes or until desired ‘crunch’ level.
6. Enjoy!
