BOOSTER PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE

Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • Protein Crackers (see recipe below)
  • Vegan “Ham”
  • Vegan Cheese
  • Tangerine
  • A Juice BoX

PROTEIN CRACKERS:

  • 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
  • 1 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp dried Thyme
  • ½ cup Water
  • Sea Salt for Topping

STEPS:

  • Preheat oven to 400F
  • Mix together dry ingredients, add in the water and melted butter and combine well
  • Roll dough between two pieces of parchment paper to ⅛” thick
  • Score with a small round cookie cutter but do not separate
  • Sprinkle the top of the dough with sea salt and spritz with a bit of water
  • Bake at 400F for 10-14 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown but not burnt
  • Allow the crackers to cool fully, they will crisp up more as they cool
  • Serve with vegan cheese, vegan ham, a healthy fruit or veggie snack and juice or water
