BOOSTER PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE
Makes 4 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- Protein Crackers (see recipe below)
- Vegan “Ham”
- Vegan Cheese
- Tangerine
- A Juice BoX
PROTEIN CRACKERS:
- 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
- 1 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 3 tbsp Vegan Butter, melted
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp dried Thyme
- ½ cup Water
- Sea Salt for Topping
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Mix together dry ingredients, add in the water and melted butter and combine well
- Roll dough between two pieces of parchment paper to ⅛” thick
- Score with a small round cookie cutter but do not separate
- Sprinkle the top of the dough with sea salt and spritz with a bit of water
- Bake at 400F for 10-14 minutes or until the crackers are golden brown but not burnt
- Allow the crackers to cool fully, they will crisp up more as they cool
- Serve with vegan cheese, vegan ham, a healthy fruit or veggie snack and juice or water
