VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER | EASY & SIMPLE | FUN

Makes 12 Lollies

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla
  • 10 fresh Basil Leaves
Directions:
  1. In a blender, blend all the ingredients together.
  2. Pour it into a popsicle mould and set in the freezer overnight (or 6 hours).
  3. Enjoy while soaking in that summer sun!

Pro Tip:

  • To make the ombre coloured popsicle (like in the photos). Exclude the strawberries in the blending. Add 5 strawberries and fill up 2 popsicle moulds. Add another 5 strawberries and fill up two moulds until there are no more. By adding strawberries each time, it will make the colour darker. Freeze and enjoy like normal!
