CHOCOLATE PROFI PROTEIN | KABOBS | PINK CHOCOLATE FUN
Makes 8 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- About 15-20 Strawberries
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- 2 tbsp Pink or Ruby Chocolate
- Roasted Marshmallows
COCONUT CREAM:
- 1 can coconut cream, chilled
- ½ cup PROFI Chocolate Protein
- 1 tsp Vanilla
STEPS:
- Whip coconut cream, PROFI chocolate, and vanilla until fluffy and smooth. Chill covered overnight or for a few hours in the fridge
- Carve out the inside of the strawberries using an apple core or a paring knife
- Using a spoon or a piping bag to fill the strawberries with the chocolate mixture
- Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stir in the coconut oil
- Coat the filled strawberries with the chocolate and allow to firm in the freezer for about ten minutes
- While the strawberries are firming you can melt down the ruby chocolate using the same method as melting the chocolate chips
- Drizzle on the ruby chocolate and set in the freezer again
- When strawberries are ready alternate between adding one and a marshmallow to your kabob skewer
- Toast Marshmallows with a torn
