Ingredients:
- 3 cans coconut milk
- 2 cups of mushrooms
- 2 cups of tomatoes
- 2 cups of diced carrots
- 1 cup of diced onion
- 1 cup of tofu chicken (optional)
- 2 scoops of Profi Protein Booster
- Hand full of cilantro
- Hand full of Kefir leaves (lime tree leaves)
- 4/5 red Thai chili’s
- 2 tablespoons of Vegan Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of ground chili paste
- 1 lime
Directions:
- In a large pot, pour in the coconut milk & bring to a boil
- Stir in Profi Protein Booster until fully mixed
- Drop in all the vegetables, kefir leaves, chilis & lime and cook for 20 minutes
- Stir in the soy & Worcestershire sauce
- Serve in a bowl & garnish with lime & fresh cilantro.
