Ingredients:
  • 3 cans coconut milk
  • 2 cups of mushrooms
  • 2 cups of tomatoes
  • 2 cups of diced carrots
  • 1 cup of diced onion
  • 1 cup of tofu chicken (optional)
  • 2 scoops of Profi Protein Booster
  • Hand full of cilantro
  • Hand full of Kefir leaves (lime tree leaves)
  • 4/5 red Thai chili’s
  • 2 tablespoons of Vegan Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of ground chili paste
  • 1 lime
Directions:
  1. In a large pot, pour in the coconut milk & bring to a boil
  2. Stir in Profi Protein Booster until fully mixed
  3. Drop in all the vegetables, kefir leaves, chilis & lime and cook for 20 minutes
  4. Stir in the soy & Worcestershire sauce
  5. Serve in a bowl & garnish with lime & fresh cilantro.
