INGREDIENTS:

  • ¼ cup Farro
  • ¼ cup Cauliflower, roasted
  • 1 cup Greens (we used collard greens!)
  • 1 tbsp Cranberries, dried
  • 1 tbsp Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hummus 
  • A few Pickled Red Onions
  • Dill to serve

DRESSING:

  • 1 cup Tahini
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dill
  • ½ tsp Cumin
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1 scoop PROFI Booster
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • Water to thin 

STEPS:

  • Whisk together all dressing ingredients, add water ¼ cup at a time until you reach the consistency you desire
  • Build your salad bowl; greens, roasted veg, grain, something sweet, something crunchy, something acidic, something fatty, and dress!
