INGREDIENTS:
- ¼ cup Farro
- ¼ cup Cauliflower, roasted
- 1 cup Greens (we used collard greens!)
- 1 tbsp Cranberries, dried
- 1 tbsp Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
- 1 tbsp Hummus
- A few Pickled Red Onions
- Dill to serve
DRESSING:
- 1 cup Tahini
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Dill
- ½ tsp Cumin
- Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- 1 scoop PROFI Booster
- 1 tsp Maple Syrup
- Water to thin
STEPS:
- Whisk together all dressing ingredients, add water ¼ cup at a time until you reach the consistency you desire
- Build your salad bowl; greens, roasted veg, grain, something sweet, something crunchy, something acidic, something fatty, and dress!
