Ingredients:

1 can Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1 scoops Profi Vanilla Protein Powder (more if you prefer)
1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
1/4 tsp Mint Extract
1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips, Dairy-Free (more if you prefer)

Directions:
  1. In a blender, combine all your ingredients, except the chocolate chips.
  2. When the mixture is combined, scoop into a bowl and mix in the chocolate chips with a spatula or spoon.
  3. Place in a small loaf pan, leveled out. Freeze 4 hours.
  4. When ready to eat, if too hard, allow to thaw a few minutes for easier scooping. Enjoy!
