Makes approx. 4 cups. Serving size is 1/4 – 1/2 cup
Ingredients:
1 540ml can white kidney beans
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
2 scoops Profi Pro vanilla protein powder
1/4-1/2 cup almond milk
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 cup dairy free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Drain and rinse canned kidney beans and place in food processor.
- Add in all ingredients except chocolate chips and process until smooth.
- Fold in dairy free chocolate chips.
- Serve with apples, celery or crackers. Roll into balls to take on the go or a enjoy a spoonful when the cookie dough craving hits, guilt free!
