INGREDIENTS:
- 1 Watermelon, sliced into rounds
- ½ cup Vegan Cream Cheese
- Kiwi
- Berries
- Tangerines
- Banana
- Mint
VEGAN CREAM CHEESE:
- 2 c Cashews, soaked overnight
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1c Unsweetened ND Milk
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
- 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
- 2 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein
STEPS:
- Blend all cream cheese ingredients until creamy and smooth
- Slice watermelon into 1inch thick rounds
- Top with a layer of cream cheese & your fruit toppings
- Enjoy!
