VANILLA PROFI PROTEIN | FRUITY AND REFRESHING | WARM-WEATHER EATS

Makes 4 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Watermelon, sliced into rounds
  • ½ cup Vegan Cream Cheese
  • Kiwi
  • Berries
  • Tangerines
  • Banana
  • Mint

VEGAN CREAM CHEESE:

  • 2 c Cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1c Unsweetened ND Milk
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted
  • 1 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 2 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein

STEPS:

  • Blend all cream cheese ingredients until creamy and smooth
  • Slice watermelon into 1inch thick rounds 
  • Top with a layer of cream cheese & your fruit toppings
  • Enjoy!
