INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Butter, Vegan, room temp
- ¾ cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1 scoop PROFI Caramel Coffee
- 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
- Dash of vanilla
- ⅛ tsp Sea Salt
- 2 cup AP Flour
FOR TOPPING:
- Cinnamon
- White chocolate
STEPS:
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a stand mixer beat together butter and sugar until creamed
- Add in other ingredients and beat again until a dough forms
- Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until ½ inch thick
- Cut into circles or rectangles of your liking
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown
- Dip into melted white chocolate and top with a dash of cinnamon
- Serve with a caramel coffee cappuccino and enjoy with a friend!
