CARAMEL COFFEE PROTEIN POWDER | NATIONAL CAPPUCCINO DAY | TO SHARE WITH FRIENDS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Butter, Vegan, room temp
  • ¾ cup icing sugar, sifted
  • 1 scoop PROFI Caramel Coffee
  • 1 tbsp Instant Coffee
  • Dash of vanilla
  • ⅛ tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 cup AP Flour

FOR TOPPING:

  • Cinnamon
  • White chocolate

STEPS:

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • In a stand mixer beat together butter and sugar until creamed
  • Add in other ingredients and beat again until a dough forms
  • Roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper until ½ inch thick
  • Cut into circles or rectangles of your liking
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown
  • Dip into melted white chocolate and top with a dash of cinnamon
  • Serve with a caramel coffee cappuccino and enjoy with a friend!
