INGREDIENTS:

BASE:
- 1 cup Rice, Jasmine
- 1 cup Water
- 1 can Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- ¼ tsp Ginger
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein
STEPS:
- Bring water and rice to a boil, simmer covered on low for 15 minutes
- Add in coconut milk and remainder of ingredients and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes
- Cool in a sealed container in the fridge overnight
- Serve with non-dairy milk, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon
