VANILLA PROTEIN POWDER | COLDER WEATHER |

Makes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS:

BASE:

  • 1 cup Rice, Jasmine
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Ginger
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • 1 scoop PROFI Vanilla Protein

STEPS:

  • Bring water and rice to a boil, simmer covered on low for 15 minutes
  • Add in coconut milk and remainder of ingredients and allow to simmer for 5 more minutes
  • Cool in a sealed container in the fridge overnight
  • Serve with non-dairy milk, maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon
