There is no doubt that strawberry-banana is the ultimate flavour combination. With that in mind, we took this classic combo & turned it into a delicious summer (or anytime) treat! Not only is this recipe vegan-friendly, it’s also delicious & packed with protein! What better way to get your protein then by enjoying some delicious ice cold ice-cream (without the cream)!

2 Large Bananas, frozen
6-7 Large Strawberries, frozen
1 Scoop PROFI Protein Booster
2-3 Tbsp of Milk (we used cashew milk, but any type will work!)

1. Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor & mix on high. Mix until the consistency is fluffy, similar to soft-serve ice-cream.
2. Once mixed, you can either eat it right away or store it in a container and put it in the freezer for an hour to firm up.
