Recipe by Amber Allen, The Fairly Local Vegan

These cookies are chewy and perfect! Feel free to add chocolate chips into the recipe to make them into chocolate chip peanut butter cookies!

Ingredients:
1 Cup peanut butter (I use earth balance coconut peanut butter )
1 Cup brown or white sugar
2 Tsp vanilla extract
1 Cup baking flour
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Scoop PROFI Unflavoured
Pinch of salt
1/4 Cup cashew milk

Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 350F
2. Combine wet ingredients, then add in dry!
3. Roll batter into balls, place on baking sheet with parchment paper on top, pat down balls with a fork to make crisscross lines.
4. Bake until golden on edges (8-10 minutes)
