CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER | DESSERT | EASY

- 3 tbsp Aquafaba
- 1 scoop PROFI Chocolate Protein
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 ¼ tsp Stevia
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Non-Dairy Milk
- In a stand mixer, or with a hand mixer, whip the aquafaba to soft peaks
- Fold the wet ingredients into the whipped mixture.
- Fold in the dry ingredients gently.
- Divide between two mugs and microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the top is just above the mug and it has begun to dry out.
