PROFI PROTEIN BOOSTER | NOSTALGIC EATS | ALLERGEN FRIENDLY

Makes 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 blocks Medium Firm Tofu
  • 1 cup Sunflower seeds, soaked overnight
  • ½ tsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp ACV
  • 1 scoop Profi Booster
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives, chopped
  • 1 ½ tsp Black Salt
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric
  • ½ cup Celery, cubed

Serve with, pickles, lettuce

STEPS:

  • Blend all ingredients other than the tofu, chives, and celery together into a creamy dressing
  • Crumble half tofu into “egg” like texture, cut the other half into tiny cubes, mix in with the dressing, chives, and chopped celery
  • Serve over white bread with Boston lettuce, and with pickles on the side
