CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER | HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST | HEALTHY HOLIDAYS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Chocolate
- PROFI Chocolate Protein (enough to fill all moulds)
- Spherical Silicone Moulds
- Milk to serve
- Marshmallows to serve
STEPS:
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between sets, make sure it never goes over 90F if possible
- With a pastry brush or paintbrush, brush a layer of chocolate into the silicone mould
- Chill the mould in the fridge for five minutes
- Paint another layer of chocolate into the mould and return it to the fridge
- After 20 minutes remove the mould from the fridge and fill half of the circles with chocolate protein
- Brush melted chocolate onto the edges of each circle and press an empty circle together with a protein-filled circle
- Set in fridge to chill again
- Bring milk to a boil and fill a cup up, leaving enough room for your hot chocolate bomb
- Allow the bomb to melt and then stir to dissolve fully
- Enjoy with marshmallows or a sprinkle of cocoa powder
