CHOCOLATE PROTEIN POWDER | HIGH PROTEIN BREAKFAST | HEALTHY HOLIDAYS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Chocolate
  • PROFI Chocolate Protein (enough to fill all moulds)
  • Spherical Silicone Moulds
  • Milk to serve
  • Marshmallows to serve

STEPS:

  • Melt chocolate in the microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring between sets, make sure it never goes over 90F if possible
  • With a pastry brush or paintbrush, brush a layer of chocolate into the silicone mould
  • Chill the mould in the fridge for five minutes
  • Paint another layer of chocolate into the mould and return it to the fridge
  • After 20 minutes remove the mould from the fridge and fill half of the circles with chocolate protein
  • Brush melted chocolate onto the edges of each circle and press an empty circle together with a protein-filled circle
  • Set in fridge to chill again
  • Bring milk to a boil and fill a cup up, leaving enough room for your hot chocolate bomb
  • Allow the bomb to melt and then stir to dissolve fully
  • Enjoy with marshmallows or a sprinkle of cocoa powder
