ROSE SAUCE: (approx 4 servings)
- Red Sauce
- 1 scoop Profi Booster
STEPS:
- Quick and easy, use store-bought red sauce and mix in PROFI Booster Protein
- This will leave you more time to make the next two sauces from scratch
- Serve with fresh basil, parmesan, black pepper
ALFREDO SAUCE : (approx 6 servings)
- 1 cup sunflower seeds, soaked
- ¾ c milk
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Rosemary
- ¼ tsp Black Pepper
- 1 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
STEPS:
- Soak sunflower seeds overnight in water
- Strain sunflower seeds, and blend all ingredients until smooth
- Serve with fresh parsley, a lemon wedge, parmesan cheese, black pepper, capers
MAC N CHEESE: (approx 6 servings)
- 1 Potato
- 1 Carrot
- ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp ACV
- 2 scoop PROFI Booster Protein
- ½ cup Nutritional Yeast
- 500g Water, to cover
STEPS:
- Add potato, carrots, sunflower seeds, onion, and garlic to a pot
- Cover with water and bring to a simmer, boil for 20 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender
- Add all ingredients to a blender (including water used to boil veggies) and blend very well until smooth
- Serve with Valentina, fresh vegan cheese, roasted broccoli, hemp seeds
