I love breakfast. I love breakfast that involves minimum work in the morning. And I need protein. So what to do?! Protein Overnight Oats to the rescue!!! I always make 3-4 jars at a time and store them in the fridge. So far none have ever gone bad…. I’d think they last about 5 days.  Here is the recipe:

Macros: Carbs 18 gr * Fat 6 gr * Protein 14 gr – Calories 185

Ingredients:

1/4 Cup rolled oats
1 tsp Chia seeds
1/2 Scoop Profi Protein Powder (Chocolate or Vanilla)
2/3 Cups of Almond Milk

Directions:
  1. In a mason jar, mix oats, chia seeds & protein powder until well combined.
  2. Add almond milk and stir, stir, shake.. whatever you do, make sure it is really well mixed.
  3. Give the jar a kiss goodbye and leave it in the fridge for at least overnight.
  4. In the morning just add all your favourite toppings – fruit, nuts, maple syrup…..whatever makes you happy.
