CHOCOLATE PROFI PROTEIN | SCHOOL-SAFE | FUSS-FREE
Makes 10 Servings
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 cups Dark chocolate, melted
- ¼ c Dried Cranberries
- ¼ c Pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- ¼ c Coconut
- ¼ c Pretzels
- 1 scoop Chocolate PROFI Protein
- Dash Sea salt
STEPS:
- Melt chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals so as not to burn it
- Stir PROFI protein into the melted chocolate
- Spread a thin layer of chocolate evenly over a sheet of parchment paper
- Evenly add the other ingredients to the chocolate sheet
- Refrigerate for an hour or until hardened
- Snap into 20ish pieces and store in the fridge for up to a week
